Our District Superintendent will conduct our Church Charge Conference on Saturday, May 20th at 1:30 pm, in the Sanctuary. The purpose is for all full members of SMBTS to vote “to remain” within the UMC or “to disaffiliate”. (It requires 2/3 or more of SMBTS members present to disaffiliate – no absentee nor proxy votes permitted by the District Superintendent).
