Wednesday’s Word – May 20, 2020

Good Morning Everyone!

I’ve been drawn to “Roam through Romans ” this morning!  I am excited and full of hope as we move closer to having worship again with all the Saints at SMBTS!  We’re taking small steps but we are moving in that direction.  We will start with a “Parking Lot” service on Pentecost Sunday, May 31.  Romans chapter five says, “Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand.  And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.  Not only so, but we also rejoice in our suffering because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.  And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.” We have been through a very difficult time in the life of the church, but our hope is in the Lord!

I believe that through faith we will soon experience all that we have hoped for!

 Many Blessings,

Pastor Mike
